Thank you for choosing our products. Every item is crafted with care and inspected before it leaves our workshop. Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of your order.

Processing Times

In-stock products are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Personalized and custom-made products are generally produced and dispatched within 10–20 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
For large custom or bulk orders, an estimated production and shipping schedule will be provided before your order is confirmed.

We ship worldwide using trusted courier services.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Lithuania: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–7 business days
International destinations: 5–15 business days

Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

Every product is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Personalized and premium products receive additional protective packaging to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the product and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
